“Real wealth
is not so much what we have as what we are.”
-Sterling W.

Reflection:
One may
consider having money very important and may consider it as wealthy too. Money can’t
buy everything. Most people who have wealth are greedy and believe they can
have anything they want, but can they really? Maybe they have friends but are
they loyal? Is the person they’re with loyal/faithful? Money can’t buy love. Money
can get to someone’s head and mess them up. People who have little to no wealth
know what it’s like to live without money but with love. I understand love can’t
buy anything but people who don’t have wealth know how to thank for the money
they make, for their wealth. While the people who have wealth take advantage of
the money they have without really valuing what’s important. Family, friends,
our loved ones are important, money does help but isn’t always there. People with
wealth have a hard trouble making real friends because there might be many
people after their wealth (fakes). People
who believe money can buy everything can’t take things for granted. Most wealthy
people are stingy, mean, greedy, etc. people without wealth turn out to have
better hearts and are more kind. For example there’s a saying, “where 2 people
eat, 3 can eat.” This shows that people who barely have enough are willing to
share with another as long as they all eat. Money doesn’t make us a better
person, who we are, does.
