Medical Assistant

Duties and responsibilities:

·         taking medical histories and recording vital signs

·         explaining treatment procedures to patients

·         preparing patients for examination

·          assisting the physician during the examination

Salary:

13.30 per hour

Education:

·         Applicants usually need a high school diploma or the equivalent.

·         Most employers prefer graduates of formal programs in medical assisting.

Reflection:

I wouldn’t like to be a medical assistant because it doesn’t interest me. I want to have a career in which I will enjoy and regret having and being medical assistant isn’t it.
