What I liked about this class this semester is the fact that we each had
our own computer and at times were given free times. I did enjoy the typing
tutor because it helped our typing to improve. I also really liked that the work
Mr.Haymore gave us wasn't really stressing and that we really didn't have to
stress over this class like we have to towards other classes. I believe I did
do my best in this class. I did all my work and paid attention to what we were
supposed to do. I accomplished all the work by the end of the class sometimes
with a bit of time to spare. I am trying to take my life goals serious because I
really do want to accomplish everything I have written. I like the time we are
given to read them over because it reminds me what I am aiming for and it
helped me set goals for myself. I feel I am committed to being a CTR person. I
choose the right and do what is right. The only time I will fail being a CTR
person is when I don't agree with what is considered "right." I view
things in a very different way than others yet I do know what is right. If I
feel that choosing what is right is wrong, I’m sorry to say but I'm not
choosing the "right." what I am trying to accomplish for my own good
is to have more patience, and try being a nicer person. I have considered
working out but haven't really decided anything in that case.

IDP
When I had
first heard that we were going to start with the IDP projects I was ready to
get into my group with people I knew. But that's when Ms.Kopaitich told us she
was assigning us our group. I was kind of worried I was going to get stuck with
a group of people who didn't do anything. After she assigned us to a group, my
members being Naibe, Paulina, Adrian, and Giselle. I wasn't quite excited only
because I do talk to them but not as much to say that I know them. I didn't
know how they worked and if they were trustworthy or not. the time our classes
gave us to work in our group did come in handy because out of school we were
all busy and really couldn't meet up. Thanksgiving break came up and we were
told to use those days to work on our IDP. I can say we were all cool with it
until we started having a few problems. A person in the group didn't have a
phone so we really couldn't stay in contact with them. In my position that was
a problem for I was in charge of the conclusion and in order to do it I have
the need to view all paragraphs done and the chart. I began to contact all my
group members to send me their paragraphs. from what I had planned out in my
mind I was going to view them which was going to help me do my part. But I did
experience a few problems. One being that I couldn't find my laptop charger
although I looked around the whole house. Because of that I had to view the
paragraphs that were sent to me through my phone and write them down in an
essay format trying to make it easier for the teacher and I. I had to contact
my group members in order for one of them to do the power point while I would
send them information and what to put. We came to school after the break
prepared except the fact that I was still missing one of my group members'
paragraph. it had turn out we had done our power point wrong therefore we
worked on it in the classes we each had in common, doing our own slides. From
what I knew all of HPIAM was nervous and stressing out for the presentation. They
were worried whether their members were going to be able to make it and that
they wouldn't forget their parts. The day finally came and I headed to my friend’s
house to go and change. From my part my family wasn't able to come so I brought
my older cousin along. We weren't able to contact the person who didn't have a
phone so all we really could've done was hope they made it. Not hoping for the
worst we made an index card with that persons part in case they didn't show up.
It was time to present and all my group members were here. We entered,
introduced ourselves, and went with the flow. My group did a good job
presenting and talking loud enough for the audience to hear. After all the work
we did and the preparing we were finally done with it. I am honestly very proud
of my group and of HPIAM for all the people who showed up and did their best
presenting the project they all had worked on.
“When I
do good, I feel good. When I do bad, I feel bad.”
Abraham Lincoln
Reflection:
When you choose to do the right, it will give you a very
good and positive feeling. Your conscious feels good because you did what was
good. When you do what is wrong you don’t really feel good about yourself. In contrast
you’ll feel bad because you didn’t what isn’t right. For example when you
follow the rules you do what you are told you feel good about yourself. But if
you decided not to do what you had to do you’ll feel somewhat worried and will
always have to keep an eye out.

“Take responsibility for your own body,
mind, and spirit, for your own physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.”
Mr.Haymore
Reflection:
We are the
only ones who take care of one self. If you don’t take care of your own
physical, mental, and spiritual well-being no one else will. You can’t go on depending
on others to do so for you. Always make sure to have positive vibes within you
for they will help you go on with life with nothing but confidence.

The Sting of the Scorpion
The little boy did not choose the right. his parents had told him to put on shoes because they knew what risks were taken being in the desert but the kid didn't seem to understand. In his mind he believed sandals were shoes of some sort and was okay putting them on. His parents told him to put on shoes for a reason. While he was walking with sandals in the desert the little kid feels a sting and realizes that something poked him. As he looks down thinking he probably stepped on something he then realizes he had just been stung by a scorpion. the pain started from the bottom of his foot leading up to his knee. not knowing what to do he tried squeezing his knee while screaming out for help. His parents carried him into the car and drove the fastest they can to the nearest hospital. The nearest hospital was 2 hours away. After the doctor checks him he realizes that he is safe and out of danger. The little boy after that incident realized he must choose the right because if he doesn't bad things can happen, for example the scorpion.

“When you tell one lie it leads to another”
Paul hatch
When you tell one lie, it leads to
another So
you lie and lie without even trying
So you tell two lies to cover each
other And
each lie you tell will keep
Then you tell three lies and, Oh
Brother, multiplying
You’re in trouble up to your ears! ‘Till
the whole wide world will know
So you tell four lies to try to
protect you you’re
lying
Then you tell five lies so folks won’t
suspect Then
you’ll be
You suspected
Then you tell six lies and you’ll
collect detected
A life filled with worries and fears
rejected
‘cause you can’t remember how many
lies
neglected
You’ve
told disliked
And half the things you say aren’t
true And you should!
And sometime you’ll slip up, you’ll
trip up When
you lie, you’re closing the door
And
then On
everything good
Whatever will become of you?
“When you tell
one lie, it leads to another”
Paul
hatch
Reflection:
Telling a
lie won’t lead you anywhere good. It’s better to tell the truth because lies
are uncontrollable. You can be saying one lie but it may lead to many more. Without
you knowing it you may continue lying which will lead you into a wrong path. It’s
better to be honest and to always be true; they can lead you into a good path.

The 3 questions
Ø
Can people trust me to do what’s right?
Ø
Am I committed to doing my very best?
Ø
Do I treat people the way I want to be treated?
“If the answers to these questions are yes,
there is no way you can fail.”
Lou
Holtz
Reflection:
I feel like people can trust me to do what is
right. Unless what they feel is right I know is wrong then they can’t count on
me. I am committed to doing my very best although it may seem like I’m not. I might
slack off from time to time but overall I’m striving high. I do treat people
the way I want to be treated. People just have to get to me for their first
impression of me might not be the best. Most of the time I am being sarcastic
and I like to mess around so I wouldn’t mind if people were the same way with
me.

Reflection:
Working as a

as one.
