Lawyers
Duties and responsibilities:
Since each country has different laws, lawyers should
understand the laws governing the country where they practice the profession. As
a lawyer one must always have Gather evidence to formulate defense or to
initiate legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses to
ascertain the facts of a case communication with their clients. Present and
summarize cases to judges and juries.
Salary:
Lawyers earned a median salary of $113,530 in 2012,
according to the BLS. The best-paid earned more than $187,999, while the
lowest-paid made approximately $54,310.
Education:
Aspiring lawyers must complete law school. Applying to law
school requires graduating from a bachelor's degree program and, in nearly all
cases, taking the Law School Admission Test (LSAT).
Reflection:
I might actually consider becoming a lawyer because I hate
when justice isn’t made. I love to prove people wrong, not in a twisted way. I’ve
noticed that I’m able to defend people if I know they’re speaking the truth. They
also make a good amount of money which a good thing.
